Day 6 - 4 ounces of Sirloin? Are you serious?...

Strep throat is slowly leaving and my appetite is fine. We ate a little heavier today but that was because we had some tasty Sirloin for dinner. For you steak lover's you can appreciate my amazement when I read the nutritional info and it said a serving was 4 ounces. It was even worse when I cut and weighed the 4 ounce piece. Funny thing, I was full at the end of dinner. We had a baked potato and veggies with bread and it all fit just right. No complaints.

I weighed in this morning at 250.2 lbs.
