OK so maybe it wasn't the change in diet that made me sick. I definitely came down with something and it kept me out of the game for the entire day. I even called off work. Needless to say it was an easy day to lose weight. I was in bed pretty much all day.
I weighed in this morning at 252.8 lbs but I wouldn't put much behind that sudden loss. It wasn't a healthy loss and I would much rather do it the healthy way.
My wife found this awesome calculator that tells you how many calories/protein/carbs/fat you need to consume to lose a certain amount of weight based on your weight. I'll try to get that link from her and post it on here.
Here is the breakdown (albeit short) for today:
