As planned I kicked things off today and did quite well if I don't say so myself.
I weighed in this morning at 256.6 lbs.
I didn't open so well because I skipped breakfast (not good at all) but rebounded well. Here is the breakdown of what I ate today:

I did pretty well with activity today. We went sledding! We had a ton of snow dumped on us the past couple of days so we headed out to the local sledding hill to have some fun. It was great the kids had a blast and I am pretty sure I hurt my back trying to jump with the tube.
Overall the first day was a success. My wife and I toasted it with some air popped popcorn. :)
